3:40PM The final practice session has ended for the ASA Kwik Trip Midwest Tour presented by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment’s ECHO Bear Cat July Spectacular 100 at I-94 Raceway.

The four local divisions are now taking to the track for their practice session.

ASAMT qualifying will begin at 5:00 pm with the autograph session to follow. The first race is at 7:00 pm.

Again, we apologize as we do not have practice times available.

2:40PM The first practice session for the ASA Kwik Trip Midwest Tour presented by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment has just ended. A total of 40 cars practiced in the first session.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide any practice times for today’s event.

The second practice session is about to start.

12PM The sun is shining and the pits are filling up as over 40 ASA Kwik Trip Midwest Tour presented by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment competitors are now going through pre-race tech in preparation for tonight’s ECHO Bear Cat July Spectacular 100 at I-94 Raceway in Sauk Centre, MN. The racing action gets underway at 7:00 pm.

Three-time ASA and 1996 ARTGO Champion Kevin Cywinski is here getting ready to compete in the ECHO Bear Cat Super Late Model.

Practice gets underway at 1:30 pm with qualifying 5:00 pm. The autograph session will start at 5:45 pm.

Ticket prices are $15 for adults, $10 for ages 10-14 years old, 9 and under are FREE.

SAUK CENTRE, MN (Friday, July 04, 2008) – Supporters of the ASA Kwik Trip Midwest Tour presented by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment met at the Lynx National Golf Club for an afternoon of golf followed by a steak dinner at I-94 Raceway as a fundraiser for the St. Francis Cancer Center. As darkness fell over the track, some of the ASAMT competitors started to arrive and park their haulers in preparation for tomorrow’s ASAMT ECHO Bear Cat July Spectacular 100.

The pit window opens at 10:45 am with the first ASAMT practice starting at 1:30 pm.

Qualifying will start at 5:00 pm with the popular autograph session to follow. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to meet their favorite ASAMT drivers and get their insights to the upcoming action as ASAMT track announcer Matt Panure will interview many of the stars during the autograph session.

The first race will get underway at 7:00 pm with the odd/even qualifying races and local division heats with the UCARS, Modifieds, Legends and Thunder Cars also in action.

BURLINGTON, WI (Thursday, July 03, 2008) – ECHO Bear Cat has signed on as the title sponsor for this Saturday’s July Spectacular 100 at I-94 Raceway in Sauk Centre, MN. The ECHO Bear Cat July Spectacular 100 will be the sixth event of the 2008 ASA Kwik Trip Midwest Tour presented by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment.

Reuvers Chases Down Fredrickson in ASAMT Point Standings

BURLINGTON, WI (Monday, June 30, 2008) – Three-time American Speed Association and one-time ARTGO Champion Kevin Cywinski has entered the July Spectacular 100 this Saturday at I-94 Raceway in Sauk Centre, MN. He will be competing in the sixth event of the 2008 ASA Kwik Trip Midwest Tour presented by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment season.

Cywinski, the 1995 ARTGO and 1997, 2003, and 2004 ASA Champion, will be competing in his second ASAMT event. He competed in the inaugural event last season at Elko Speedway where he came home with a 12th place finish.

In his ASA career, Cywinski collected 15 wins and over 100 top-ten finishes in 142 starts. He was also the Rookie of the Year in 1996.

He will be one of the many Midwest Touring Stars competing this Saturday night at I-94 Raceway, an ASA Member Track.

DAYTONA BEACH, FL (July 6, 2007) – The auto racing teams of the American Speed Association Kwik Trip Midwest Tour presented by Echo Outdoor Power Equipment are traveling over 800 miles over ten days to compete in three events, and they’ll be on a roll as they head into Sauk Centre Saturday July 7 to race at I-94 Raceway. Just four days after racing in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, and six days before heading south to Morris, Illinois, Sauk Centre will be the second stop on the campaign and the seventh event of the season for the best racers in the Midwest.

One of the hottest drivers on the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series circuit will be joining in good, hard Super Late Model racing with the Touring Stars and hometown heroes. Ron Hornaday who continues to break his own record as the winningest drivers in the Truck Series picked up his second win of ’07 in Dover recently and is aiming for the Winner’s Circle in a Maynard Motorsports (Wisconsin-based) entry sponsored by Heat N Glo.
