ECHO CHAINSAWS AND THE ASAMT ARE A CUT ABOVE THE REST OF THE COMPETITION

By: Kevin Ramsell
BURLINGTON, WI (Wednesday, April 30, 2008) – The competition will be fierce this Sunday as the best Midwest Super Late Model drivers will challenge Wisconsin’s Fastest Half-Mile Oval in the ECHO Chainsaw 100 ASA Kwik Trip Midwest Tour presented by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment event. Just like the top notch equipment you will see on the track, ECHO also has the top notch chainsaws for personal and commercial use.

Their latest chainsaw is the CS-400. This chainsaw features a 40.2 cc Power Boost Vortex™ engine, standard 18” bar and chain with tip guard included, optional 16” bar and chain available, G-Force Engine Air Pre-Cleaner™ spins out dirt prior to air filtration, 30% reduction in starting effort, and tool-less access rear-mounted automotive style air filter positioned away from dirt and debris.

The CS-400 along with a complete line of other ECHO chainsaws comes with a 5-year consumer warranty.

This product along with the other great ECHO products will be on display this Sunday at Madison International Speedway. Fans are invited to visit the display and check out the latest line of ECHO products.

“We have had a tremendous response with our involvement in the ASA Midwest Tour,” Jerry Kobza, Marketing Manager of Golden Eagle Distributing stated. “The ASAMT has provided a great vehicle for us to show our latest product line to the fans. We are also pleased to provide a new ECHO Power Blower to each fast qualifier in the ECHO Blows the Competition Away Qualifying at each 2008 ASAMT event.”

Kobza also has a special announcement pertaining to this Sunday’s event, “The winner of the ECHO Chainsaw 100 will also receive an ECHO chainsaw. Last year, we were proud to present one to Brandon Hill for his ASAMT win at MIS.”

“ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment has been a great supporter of the ASAMT,” Steve Einhaus, ASAMT VP stated. “With the fast qualifier receiving an ECHO Power Blower at each of our event, it has made our qualifying one of the most competitive in the Midwest. Also, we are excited that the winner this Sunday will also receive another great ECHO product. We would like to thank Jerry and ECHO for their support.”

The ECHO Chainsaw 100 ASAMT event will take place on Sunday, May 4th at Madison International Speedway. Along with the ASAMT, the Big 8 Series will also be competing with qualifying at 2:30 pm, an autograph session at 4:00 pm and racing at 5:00 pm.
Ticket prices for the May 4th MIS event are $17 for ages 12 and up. 11 and under will get FREE admission. Qualifying starts at 2:30 pm. Autograph session at 4:15 pm with racing at 5:00 pm.
