BURLINGTON, WI (Thursday, April 24, 2008) – The ASA Kwik Trip Midwest Tour presented by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment would not be successful without the help of our marketing partners and sponsors. 26 of the 47 drivers who competed last weekend at the Kwik Trip 125 will also be receiving contingency bonuses from the event.
In order to receive the awards, the driver must be a full ASA member and their teams must satisfy all manufacturers’ requirements (decals, patches and post race interview criteria.) The awards listed for each driver is on top of the event purse payout they received.
Kwik Trip 125 Contingency Awards:
Jake Ryan, 1st Place: Avcomm Communications ($100), Penske Racing ($100), Schaeffer’s Oil (one case of oil), Tilton Engineering ($125), and Tex Racing ($100).
Dan Fredrickson, 2nd Place: Hawk Performance ($100), Penske ($100), Schaeffer’s Diesel Treat (12 Pints) and a Touring Star bonus of $400.
Jacob Goede, 3rd Place: PF Friction ($100), Quarter Master ($100).
Tim Schendel, 4th Place: Hypercoils (One Spring), Powertrain Tech ($150).
Donny Reuvers, 5th Place: Avcomm Communications ($100), PF Friction ($100) and a Touring Star bonus of $350.
Andrew Morrissey, 6th Place: AP Brakes (1 set of discs), Joe Gibbs Racing Oil (1 case of oil).
Travis Sauter, 7th Place: Lane Automotive ($100), Red Line Oil ($100) and a Touring Star bonus of $325.
Nick Murgic, 8th Place: Lane Automotive ($100), Tex Racing ($50), Tilton ($75) and a Touring Star Bonus (Highest finishing Rookie) of $300.
Steve Anderson, 9th Place: Hawk Performance ($50), Hypercoils (1 spring)
Josh Vadnais, 10th Place: Avcomm Communications ($50), Ferodo Brake (1 box of 4 pads), Quarter Master ($50), Redline Oil ($100).
Jeff Storm, 11th Place: Hypercoils (1 spring), Schaeffer’s Diesel Treat (12 pints).

(Please Note: Darrin Giles finished 13th, but ineligible because he is not a full ASA Member. 13th Place awards were split between 12th and 14th place finishes.)
