BURLINGTON, WI (Wednesday, April 16, 2008) – Whether you are heading to Elko Speedway or leaving after watching the exciting Kwik Trip 125, Kwik Trip Stores, the title sponsor to this weekend’s event, will have everything you need for this weekend. There is even a chance to meet one of the ASAMT Touring Stars on Friday afternoon at one if its locations!!!

The ASA Kwik Trip Midwest Tour presented by ECHO Outdoor Power Equipment teams are making their final preparations and will start loading their haulers to make the trek to Elko Speedway for the 2008 season opening event on Saturday night.

Many of the teams will stop at their local Kwik Trip Stores to fill up their haulers or personal vehicles with Kwik Trip’s Top Tier gasoline. Their Top Tier gasoline has more detergent for a cleaner, more reliable engine to get not only the ASAMT teams, but the officials and fans to where they need to go.

While the teams are fueling up, they will also be fueling up other areas by taking advantage of Kwik Trip’s Café Karuba Coffees, Natures touch milk, ice cream, drinking water, and orange juice, and their famous milk-in-a-bag. And a trip cannot be complete without grabbing their Glazer donuts or their Cheese Mountain Pizzas to feed their teams.

They will also be eating healthy with Kwik Trip’s fresh daily salads and sandwiches, healthy yogurts and cheeses, wonderful fruit cups, and an assortment of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Kwik Trip has 20 locations within 20 miles of Elko Speedway. Whether you are coming from the North, South, East, or West, there is a Kwik Trip either on your way to the track or on your way home.

On Friday, April 18th, fans will have the unique opportunity of filling up their gas tank or grabbing their favorite snack or food, and meet ASAMT Touring Star Donny Reuvers at Kwik Trip #694 located at 16260 Kenrick in Lakeville, MN from 2-5pm. Donny will be on hand with his 2008 Toyota Camry Super Late Model for you to meet and sign autographs. Make sure to stop by and meet one of Minnesota’s Best Super Late Model drivers!!!

Practice starts at Noon on Saturday with qualifying getting underway at 4:00pm. The ASAMT drivers will be signing autographs at 5:30pm in the Champions Event Centre. Local Heats will begin at 6:00pm. The first ASAMT heat will get underway at 7:00pm.
